About The Position

Incture is recruiting a select cohort of technically strong, self-driven and ambitious professionals in the United States who aspire to grow into technology specialists, solution architects, technical leaders and customer-facing technology professionals. The opportunity is intended for people completing a master's degree in the United States, recent master's graduates, and early-career professionals with relevant industry experience.

Participants follow a structured development journey to build technical expertise, work with experienced technology leaders, explore AI and emerging technologies, and contribute to real-world enterprise challenges. The program combines technical depth, practical exposure, increasing responsibility and professional development. Participants learn Incture's technology platforms, engineering methodologies, enterprise architectures and customer environments, and gain experience translating enterprise requirements into solution design, architecture, engineering, implementation and business outcomes.

Participants may explore emerging technologies and AI applications in their area of specialization, develop prototypes, contribute to reusable accelerators and identify improved approaches to enterprise problems. As their expertise and confidence grow, they progressively take ownership of technical deliverables, solution components, customer engagements and project responsibilities. The stated development ambition is to prepare high-performing participants for technical lead responsibilities within approximately 12–18 months, subject to individual readiness, performance and business requirements. Longer-term pathways for participants demonstrating broader business aptitude may include solution consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture and account management.

The program hires across three technology tracks. Applicants are not expected to be proficient in all tracks; strong foundations and demonstrable interest in at least one area are sought. Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals.
• Business understanding, intellectual curiosity and the ability to solve complex customer problems.

• Completing a master's degree in the United States, a recent master's graduate, or an early-career professional with relevant industry experience.
• Strong foundations and demonstrable interest in at least one of the three technology tracks; proficiency in all three is not expected.

• Ability to question conventional approaches, think independently and bring fresh perspectives to technology.
• Broader business aptitude that could support longer-term pathways in solution consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture or account management.

Responsibilities

• Build expertise in the participant's chosen technology track through onboarding, hands-on learning and collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Learn and apply Incture's technology platforms, engineering methodologies, enterprise architectures and customer environments.
• Contribute to real enterprise business and technology challenges, from understanding requirements through solution design, architecture, engineering and implementation.
• Explore emerging technologies and AI applications relevant to the participant's specialization.
• Develop prototypes, contribute to reusable accelerators and identify improved ways to solve enterprise problems.
• Progressively take ownership of technical deliverables, solution components, customer engagements and project responsibilities.
• Work toward readiness for technical lead responsibilities, subject to individual readiness, performance and business requirements.
