About The Position

Urgent Pet Care is seeking a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join its team-focused urgent care clinics in the Omaha/Papillion area. The practice is AAHA accredited and operates seven days a week, closing at midnight on weeknights and Saturdays and at 10 p.m. on Sundays and holidays. Doctors and technicians remain through the night to care for patients. Veterinarians work 12 shifts per month, with scheduling intended to support work/life balance. The clinics emphasize compassionate care, medical autonomy, mentorship, and active team involvement in business decisions and growth. Experience is preferred, but new graduates seeking mentorship are encouraged to apply. Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university.
• Current DEA license, or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Active veterinary state license.
• USDA accreditation, or ability to obtain it upon hire.
• Compassionate approach, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
• Passion for emergency medicine.
