About The Position

Emergency Veterinary Services of Roanoke is the area’s only 24-hour emergency and critical care hospital. Open since 1994, the hospital provides emergency and critical care with a dedicated team, advanced equipment, and an internist available to support advanced cases. Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
Current DEA license or ability to obtain one upon hire
Active veterinary state license
USDA accreditation or ability to obtain it upon hire
Compassionate, team-oriented approach and strong communication skills
Proficiency in general medicine and surgery
