About The Position

As an Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC) with Paul Davis Restoration, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers and building strong relationships throughout the recovery process. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are confident, motivated, and take pride in helping others and growing with our team. Emergency Recovery Coordinators (ERCs) work directly with property owners after fire, water, or other emergency damage to assess needs and help start the restoration process. They build trust with customers during stressful situations, provide guidance, and help generate new business opportunities. ERCs also work with emergency response teams, insurance professionals, and community partners, and may participate in local events to raise awareness of services. This role is on-call and reports to the General Manager. ERCs should be confident communicators who can build strong relationships and remain calm under pressure. Success in this role requires a combination of customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills, along with a compassionate and professional approach. The goal is to support customers through difficult situations and leave them with a positive experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years relevant marketing or sales experience.
  • 4-6 years' experience in franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, fire services, EMS and/or insurance industry experience ideal
  • Confident communicators who can build strong relationships and remain calm under pressure
  • Combination of customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills
  • Compassionate and professional approach

Responsibilities

  • Respond to leads and communicate with potential customers in a timely manner
  • Educate customers on available services and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Provide support and resources to property owners after emergency events
  • Build and maintain positive relationships within the local community
  • Participate in community events and help promote services
  • Stay familiar with assigned service area and available resources
  • Meet sales goals and support program growth
  • Maintain required certifications and follow company standards
  • Be available for on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
