Requirements

Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and relevant experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.
Confidently deliver truth and certainty to clients in crisis.
Strong planning skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Proficient with current technology to monitor and respond to leads.
Passionate about building relationships and volunteering in your local area.

Responsibilities

Consult directly with property owners impacted by emergencies, providing clarity and care.
Establish positive, lasting relationships with clients, first responders, adjusters, and community leaders.
Proactively identify revenue opportunities and secure mitigation work to stabilize and protect properties.
Participate in community awareness events and volunteer to strengthen local ties.
Respond to emergencies 24/7, including weekends and holidays, with a flexible schedule.
