About The Position
The CNA/Transporter role in the Emergency Department is an excellent opportunity for supporting comprehensive health care services. This role involves assisting with basic nursing care and providing safe and timely transport of patients, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility, ensuring that health care services run fluently and efficiently. As a Transporter at MultiCare, you will collaborate with the entire nursing staff, hone your decision-making capacities, and enjoy daily variety and problem-solving opportunities.
Requirements
- Current Washington State CNA or MA license
- Current BLS Certification
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform patient care as directed by RN/physician
- Provide assistance to units by cleaning equipment and stocking supplies
- Partner by implementing your service-oriented attitude, professional integrity, and solid decision-making capacities
- Effectively prioritize and apply organization and flexibility to your work duties
