Requirements

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
Fully licensed (LPC, LICSW, LMFT) or actively working toward licensure
EMDR trained/certified
Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
Commitment to working with diverse populations
Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office 365

Nice To Haves

Insurance credentialing preferred
Valant EHR experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
Provide high-quality therapy services, including EMDR interventions
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with colleagues to support client success
