About The Position

Merchology is seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator for its PA Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this seasonal role supports high-quality product customization through precision and attention to detail. The position runs from October through January and is based onsite at the production facility at 5045 Ritter Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055. The schedule is second shift, 2:30–11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills to read and print work orders as needed.
• English-language proficiency sufficient to understand safety and training requirements, review and process work orders, and understand and respond to safety instructions, emergency directions, work instructions, and supervisor communications.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a multi-head Wilcom embroidery machine and other production machines.
• Work at a standing workstation equipped with ergonomic floor mats.
• Learn to hoop and prepare soft goods for embroidery.
• Thread machines and change needles using hand-eye coordination.
• Read and correctly follow production work orders and instructions.
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Monitor the proper functioning of the assigned embroidery machine.
• Keep the workstation clean and organized.
• Perform additional projects or duties as assigned.
