Machine Operator - 2nd Shift
About The Position
John F. Martin & Sons, LLC is hiring a Machine Operator in Stevens, Pennsylvania, for a second-shift position. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. The starting pay is $21.00 per hour. The Smoke House Operator supports production schedules and goals in a fast-paced environment. The role involves operating smokehouse ovens to cook and dry products for slicing and packing, following the correct programs, times, procedures, and safety requirements. The operator monitors cook cycles, documents processes, moves products safely into and out of smokehouses, and maintains quality and safety standards in accordance with company policies and procedures. The position requires comfort working in both warm and cold environments and the ability to push and pull cages weighing up to 1,300 pounds. Employees must be available to work weekends and frequent overtime when required. John F.
