About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our Health and Wellness company. This is a full-time, home-based position. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing all email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation, and analytics.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role
Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and automation tools
Experience with A/B testing and data analysis
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Ability to design automation workflows
Experience in monitoring deliverability and list health
Collaborative spirit and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Create Welcome Sequences for each product
Build Webinar Registration and Reminder Sequences
Create Post-Webinar Follow-Up Campaigns
Build Booked Call and No Show Sequences
Develop Customer Onboarding Sequences
Create Upsell and Downsell Campaigns
Build Retention and Reactivation Campaigns
Create promotional email campaigns
Design automation workflows for every stage of the customer journey
Continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, booked calls, and sales generated from email
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, offers, copy, and calls-to-action
Monitor deliverability and maintain list health
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and coaching teams to maximize performance
