Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on automation tools, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven experience in designing and executing multi-channel email campaigns, with a strong understanding of A/B testing and analytics.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a knack for crafting compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data effectively and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with various teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Amplitude and/or Tableau.
  • Native or Fluent in French
  • Experience in the financial or insurance services industry is a plus
  • Experience working with cross-channel integrations like paid media, SMS and mobile notifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
  • Create engaging and persuasive email copy while ensuring consistency with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing email templates that enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improved results.
  • Manage budgets related to email marketing activities and report on ROI to senior stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing to continuously refine strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the performance, demand gen, conversion rate optimization and marketing teams to support their initiatives, while using data to provide valuable and actionable insights that can improve campaigns results.
