About The Position

Zensurance is seeking a HubSpot-expert Email Marketing Manager to lead their communication strategy for a database of over 500,000 contacts. This role involves managing high-volume, highly segmented email journeys for diverse SMB industries, acting as the architect of the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate is an analytical marketer skilled in HubSpot/Salesforce automation, high-converting creative, A/B testing, experimentation, and personalizing customer experiences at scale. This is a 12-month parental leave contract position.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in email-focused marketing roles.
  • Strong, recent hands-on experience with both HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage the full campaign lifecycle from initial planning through launch.
  • Deep understanding of automation, customer journey orchestration, and list health.
  • Experience in lead generation or B2C sectors (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Mortgages, or E-commerce).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate campaign data into improved conversion rates.
  • Strong copywriting expertise with an eye for design and template structure.
  • A genuine interest in AI and the ability to find thoughtful ways to apply it to email marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage end-to-end email initiatives, including newsletters, promotions, and onboarding sequences.
  • Ensure precise targeting by managing schedules, automation, and effective audience segmentation.
  • Use HubSpot for campaign setup and workflow execution, while leveraging Salesforce CRM for data-driven targeting.
  • Write high-converting copy and collaborate on visually effective email templates and layouts.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated automated journeys for lead nurturing and long-term engagement.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to continuously improve engagement metrics.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs (opens, clicks, conversions) to provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Identify and implement practical AI applications to improve marketing effectiveness and personalization.
