About The Position

Qlik is seeking a strategic and forward-looking Email Marketing Manager to centralize and scale a high-impact email marketing engine across our global organization. This role will establish how email supports integrated programs and campaigns - driving target account engagement, pipeline contribution, and consistent audience experiences across regions. Beyond execution, this role will modernize how we approach email and nurture - bringing new thinking around segmentation, orchestration, and AI-driven engagement to improve performance and scale. This role supports how global programs translate into audience engagement, ensuring email contributes effectively within a broader channel mix. You will partner closely with program and campaign leaders to shape how email supports key initiatives - defining segmentation, engagement strategies, and how nurture flows align to program priorities. You’ll also work in close partnership with marketing operations to ensure targeting, data, and execution scale effectively. You will play a critical role in strengthening our target account and ABM motions - ensuring email is not just a channel, but a strategic lever for engagement and conversion. This role also bridges global and regional execution, supporting channel and field teams while introducing more modern, data-driven, and AI-enabled approaches to how email drives impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing in a B2B environment
  • Proven experience building and scaling email programs that drive engagement and pipeline impact
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo)
  • Experience supporting ABM or target account-based marketing strategies
  • Ability to translate program strategy into effective audience engagement plans
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and optimizing campaigns
  • Experience building and executing testing strategies to improve channel performance
  • Experience collaborating with marketing operations on audience strategy and execution
  • Interest or experience in applying AI to marketing workflows, personalization, or optimization
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across global, cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Centralize and govern the role of email within global marketing programs and campaign orchestration
  • Translate global program priorities into effective email strategies, campaigns, and nurture journeys
  • Partner with program, campaign, and marketing operations teams to design audience segmentation and scalable targeting approaches
  • Integrate email into ABM programs to drive engagement across priority accounts
  • Build and manage structured nurture programs aligned to key solutions and audiences
  • Establish best practices for email cadence, content, and audience management
  • Enable regional and channel teams with email strategy, best practices, and governance for local programs
  • Develop and execute a structured testing roadmap across subject lines, cadence, content, and CTAs
  • Monitor and optimize email performance, including engagement and contribution to the pipeline
  • Introduce and scale more advanced approaches, including AI-driven targeting, content, and orchestration
