About The Position

Honey Fox is a political digital marketing agency supporting right-of-center candidates, committees, and conservative organizations. We are a tight-knit, growing firm focused on fundraising, persuasion, and performance-driven digital programs. This role can be in-person, fully remote, or hybrid in Middleburg, Virginia. The Email Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of email fundraising and engagement programs across a portfolio of Honey Fox clients. This role will assist with email production, WinRed page setup, list management, and campaign reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn digital fundraising, and comfortable working in a fast-paced political environment.

Requirements

0 to 2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, political campaigns, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Interest in political fundraising, digital marketing, and conservative causes.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with email marketing platforms or CRM systems is a plus.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with the execution of client email fundraising and engagement programs.
Build and schedule email campaigns within ESP platforms.
Assist with building and updating WinRed pages and donation flows to support fundraising campaigns.
Configure email templates, segments, and campaign settings within ESPs.
Support A/B testing of subject lines, send times, and creative.
Help maintain list hygiene and follow deliverability best practices.
Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and data organization.
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure campaigns are prepared and launched on schedule.
