About The Position

The Marketing Email Coordinator supports the marketing team with the creation, execution, and reporting of the IAPP’s marketing email campaigns. In addition to day-to-day email operations, the coordinator will support other efforts within the Marketing Media Team including media planning, placement, and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four year college or university; and at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient with all MS Office applications.
Expertise with Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, marketing automation (Marketo) and campaign management, including measurement, reporting and analysis.
Proficiency in digital media marketing including use of email campaigns and marketing analytics.
Experience in marketing campaign optimization and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

Supports marketing team through the execution of day-to-day marketing email production.
Assemble, test, and send marketing emails.
Coordinate marketing automation logistics.
Develop performance reports to communicate email success.
Continuously improve email marketing processes.
Assist the media team with other digital media operations, including media planning, reporting and project management.
Additional duties as assigned.
