This new role is designed to expand the email function beyond basic win-back campaigns to a comprehensive lifecycle layer, focusing on driving retention, adoption, and customer lifetime value (LTV) growth through close collaboration with product teams. The successful candidate will lead a team of three email marketing specialists, define the strategic lifecycle roadmap, and possess the authority to rebuild existing programs when data-driven insights justify such changes.
