Zappos is seeking a technically skilled Email & App Marketing Associate to support the execution and evolution of our lifecycle marketing program across email and mobile channels. This role is ideal for an early-career marketer who combines strong technical capabilities with a passion for retail, customer behavior, and brand storytelling. Working closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Product, and Analytics partners, this individual will help bring customer communications to life through the development, deployment, and optimization of email and push notification campaigns. The successful candidate will serve as a key technical operator within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building and maintaining campaigns, automations, and customer journeys while also contributing ideas that improve relevance, engagement, and the overall customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in lifecycle marketing, personalization, customer retention, and retail marketing within a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
