LA28 is the independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Digital Marketing (DIG) team drives LA28’s overarching marketing and fan engagement efforts within DIG, the CRM and Fan Data. We are looking for a Sr. Associate, Email Marketing role to join our growing CRM and Fan Data team. This is a dual-focus role that sits at the intersection of content crafting and campaign execution — ideal for a strong writer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a deep understanding of how great content comes to life in a CRM channel. Olympic and Paralympic fans are at the heart of who we connect with; every message should make it relevant, clearer, and more exciting for fans to engage with LA28. You will own first-draft email copy development across our lifecycle programs (e.g., ticketing, volunteer, merchandise, hospitality, Torch Relay and partner communications) while also supporting the end-to-end campaign process — from stakeholder alignment through to deployment QA. This cross-functional exposure is intentional: as we scale, your fluency in both content and operations will make you a critical bridge between strategy and execution. This role reports into the Sr. Manager, Email & CRM.
