About The Position

As an Elite Security Officer at a technology site, you will serve and safeguard clients across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. You will provide customer service while carrying out safety and security procedures, follow site-specific policies, respond to emergencies, and conduct patrols around the business and its perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security experience.
• A valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions only.
• A Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
• Participate in industry-specific security and safety training programs.
