About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver at a technology-focused corporate location in Prineville, Oregon, you will provide unarmed security support and customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access and visitor activity, respond to incidents and critical situations, and complete required documentation. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. The role is full-time and pays $19.75 per hour. The listed schedule is 10:00 PM–6:30 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts or emergency services as directed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with credential checks and visitor direction, and escalate access exceptions.
Complete activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation accurately and promptly.
