About The Position

As an Elite Armed Security Flex Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. You will work in varying client-site environments and conditions. The role includes providing customer service through safety and security procedures, responding to incidents, and conducting patrols. Applicants are subject to employment-related background investigations and drug screening to the extent permitted by law. The position requires participation in industry-specific security and safety training. Licensing requirements may apply before employment, subject to state and local law.

Requirements

At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security-related experience.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
A Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
A high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Participate in industry-specific security and safety training programs.
