About The Position

As an Armed Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. The role involves providing customer service while carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. You will respond calmly to incidents and critical situations and conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security and safety training programs.
• Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver's license if the position involves driving.
