🏆 Elite In-Home Sales Closer (W-2)
About The Position
Great Lakes Home Remodeling is seeking proven, one-call closers for an Elite In-Home Sales Closer role. In this position, you will not be responsible for cold calling, door knocking, or lead generation, as a dedicated field canvassing team handles outreach. Your primary responsibility will be to attend pre-set, highly vetted appointments, build value at the homeowner's kitchen table, and close the deal. This is a W-2 employee position, offering financial stability with uncapped commission potential, selling premium products like Metal Roofing, Premium Insulated Siding, and Custom Windows.
Requirements
- Proven track record of asking for the check; order-takers and quote-droppers will not survive.
- Ability to read a room, navigate the "spouse trap," and pivot smoothly to financing options when price objections arise.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pass a strict Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
- Pass a standard criminal background check.
- Availability for late afternoon/evening appointments.
- Availability for rotating Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Run daily, pre-set appointments at homeowners' residences across the Toledo and greater regional market.
- Conduct thorough exterior inspections (roofing, siding, windows) to identify the homeowner's true pain points.
- Deliver high-impact, consultative presentations using our proven pricing matrix and financing options.
- Ask for the business, handle complex objections, and secure signed contracts on the first visit.
