About The Position
Great Lakes Home Remodeling is seeking proven, one-call closers for an In-Home Sales Professional Closer role. This position is a W-2 employee role, offering financial stability with uncapped commission potential. The company specializes in Metal Roofing, Premium Insulated Siding, and Custom Windows. Sales professionals will not be responsible for cold calling, door knocking, or lead generation, as these tasks are handled by a dedicated field canvassing team. The primary responsibility is to attend pre-set, highly vetted appointments, build value with homeowners, and close deals during the first visit.
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing sales (asking for the check).
- Ability to read a room, navigate client dynamics, and pivot to financing options.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a strict Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
- Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.
- Availability for late afternoon/evening appointments.
- Availability for rotating Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Run daily, pre-set appointments at homeowners' residences.
- Conduct thorough exterior inspections (roofing, siding, windows) to identify homeowner needs.
- Deliver high-impact, consultative presentations using the company's pricing matrix and financing options.
- Ask for the business, handle objections, and secure signed contracts on the first visit.
