Leads are generated from individuals who have already expressed interest in resolving IRS and tax debt issues. The Sales Closer's primary responsibilities include building trust, understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and guiding clients toward the best resolution.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of phone sales experience required
• Proven ability to overcome objections and close sales
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Coachable, professional, and motivated to succeed

Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief assistance
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each client's situation
• Address objections and guide clients through the decision-making process
• Maintain follow-up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals
