Come and be a part of the solution. In this role, you will be part of the statewide Public Assistance Eligibility Team. Together, we will help Alaskan families, the elderly, and other individuals in need reach higher levels of independence and self-sufficiency by connecting them with the public assistance programs our agency offers. You will also have the opportunity to interact extensively with the public, being empathetic while explaining the need for information or determining benefits. The Division of Public Assistance (DPA) is dedicated to supporting Alaskans in need by providing them with the basic living expenses and promoting self-sufficiency.
