About The Position

The Elevator Operator oversees the operation and maintenance of the grain elevator. The role includes maintaining grain inside bins in proper condition, inspecting and maintaining elevator equipment, and making repairs. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with company policies. The position supports farmers and ranchers through MFA Incorporated’s whole-farm solutions and may include cross-training in Agri-Service areas to develop skills for additional support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strength and agility to maneuver product or equipment weighing 50–100 pounds.
• Comfortable working at heights and using stairs and ladders.
• Availability to work overtime, including weekends as needed.
• Have or be willing to develop basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical ability.
• Forklift experience.
• Agricultural background.
