Match Charter Public School is seeking an Elementary School English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher for an immediate start. This position is based at Match Community Day, located at 100 Poydras St. in Hyde Park, MA. The role involves teaching language and supporting multilingual students, providing co-teaching, instructional, and inclusion support in general education classes, and delivering targeted language interventions in small groups. The teacher will use ELD levels and formative assessments to drive instruction and achieve language acquisition goals. Additionally, the role includes managing the school’s language acquisition programming, such as paperwork, teacher professional development, parent and student communication, student testing/screening, and ensuring compliance with Department of Elementary and Secondary Education requirements.
