About The Position
Bultum Academy, a charter school in Columbia Heights, Minnesota, serves students in PreK–8. The school is seeking an experienced educator to help build an enriching, welcoming, and student-centered environment for students and families. Class sizes typically range from 15 to 25 students. The school’s mission focuses on meeting students’ academic and social-emotional needs through a strong learning environment, family partnership, and helping students become confident, capable learners. The teacher will teach foundational skills in reading, writing, math, social studies, and science while supporting students’ social and emotional development. The role is supported by a collaborative leadership team that includes the Executive Director, Assistant Director, and Instructional Coach.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Implement curriculum across all subject areas.
- Collaborate with the instructional coach and other staff members to strengthen teaching practice.
- Maintain regular contact with families.
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
