About The Position

Study Smart is hiring a part-time Elementary ELA Tutor to provide in-person literacy tutoring for students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The tutor will support small and large groups, use information about class assignments, and adapt to new materials and teaching strategies. They will communicate consistently with Study Smart staff and collaborate with the Tutor’s Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to students.

The scheduled hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. EST. The role requires a completed four-year degree, teaching certification, in-person availability, and successful completion of a background check, which may include fingerprinting depending on location.
