About The Position
Quintech Electronics and Communications, Inc. is hiring SMT Operators to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot surface-mount technology (SMT) assembly machines during the SMT process. The role is based in person at the company's headquarters in Indiana, Pennsylvania, and follows a full-time 5/8 schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Operators may also work in other areas within the manufacturing department as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with electronic components in an electronic manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Be results-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot SMT assembly machines during the SMT process.
- Assist in running the SMT line.
- Load reeled components onto feeders.
- Train to run the SMT line for vacation relief.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Perform other related duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
- Work in other areas within the manufacturing department as needed.
