About The Position
MATRIC is seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to join its team. MATRIC is a contract electronics manufacturer that provides engineering, PCB assembly, and aftermarket products and services for a diverse range of markets. The engineer will develop and improve manufacturing processes and support PCB, cable, and box-build operations. The role also supports engineering changes, work instructions, tooling, quoting, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- OEM or contract electronic manufacturing experience.
- Experience with SMT, through-hole, or cable manufacturing.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to work with ITAR and CUI under CMMC Level 2 requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
- Support PCB, cable, and box-build operations.
- Implement engineering changes and work instructions.
- Support tooling, quoting, and continuous improvement.
