About The Position
MATRIC is seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to join its team. MATRIC is a contract electronics manufacturer providing engineering, PCB assembly, and aftermarket products and services to diverse markets. The role supports PCB, cable, and box-build manufacturing operations, develops and improves manufacturing processes, implements engineering changes and work instructions, and supports tooling, quoting, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in OEM or contract electronic manufacturing.
- Experience with SMT, through-hole, or cable manufacturing.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to work with ITAR and CUI under CMMC Level 2 requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
- Support PCB, cable, and box-build operations.
- Implement engineering changes and work instructions.
- Support tooling, quoting, and continuous improvement.
