About The Position
Quintech Electronics and Communications, Inc. is seeking an SMT Inspector to verify the quality and accuracy of surface mount technology (SMT) printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies. This is a full-time, in-person position at the company’s headquarters in Indiana, Pennsylvania, with a 5/8 schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Experience with electronic components in an electronic manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Be results-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Hand-soldering experience.
Nice To Haves
- Computer knowledge is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Assist in running the SMT line.
- Inspect boards after reflow visually and with an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine.
- Perform hand-soldering repairs when required.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
