About The Position
Quintech Electronics and Communications, Inc. is seeking a few SMT Operators. The primary duties will include operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting SMT assembly machines during the SMT process. This is a full-time, in-person position located at our Quintech Electronics headquarters in Indiana, PA, with a 5/8 schedule (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).
Requirements
- Experience with electronic components in an electronic manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented.
- Self-motivated.
- Team player.
Responsibilities
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting SMT assembly machines during the SMT process.
- Assisting in running the SMT line.
- Loading reeled components on feeders.
- Being trained to run the SMT line for vacation relief.
- Maintaining a clean work environment.
- Performing other related duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
- Potentially working in other areas within the manufacturing department as needed.
