Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to support overtime or schedule changes when needed
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) due to ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities
- Support the assembly, testing, and production of complex electronic and mechanical products in a clean and organized manufacturing setting.
- Build and assemble electronic and mechanical components.
- Use hand tools, power tools, gauges, and production equipment.
- Support cable, harness, and printed circuit board assembly.
- Perform basic testing and inspection activities.
- Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
- Read diagrams, drawings, and assembly documentation.
- Use computers and manufacturing systems to support production.
- Assist with inventory and material handling activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work closely with teammates to meet quality and production goals.
