Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexibility to support overtime or schedule changes when needed
  • Must qualify as a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) due to ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the assembly, testing, and production of complex electronic and mechanical products in a clean and organized manufacturing setting.
  • Build and assemble electronic and mechanical components.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, gauges, and production equipment.
  • Support cable, harness, and printed circuit board assembly.
  • Perform basic testing and inspection activities.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
  • Read diagrams, drawings, and assembly documentation.
  • Use computers and manufacturing systems to support production.
  • Assist with inventory and material handling activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Work closely with teammates to meet quality and production goals.
