About The Position

This role is for an Assembler in the Production department. The primary focus is on meeting production requirements, ensuring proper product handling and documentation, and maintaining certifications. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work with various software applications, and adherence to customer specifications.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident) and defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20).
Good verbal and written skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time, as required by job tasks.
Visual acuity sufficient to perform detailed work, including the ability to inspect work under a microscope when necessary.
Must be able to pass a vision exam with a minimum visual acuity of 20/25 in at least one eye, with or without corrective lenses.
Must be able to pass a color vision test to accurately distinguish color-coded components or materials.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks effectively.

Nice To Haves

Paint/taping experience is a plus.
IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certified.
2 years production environment experience.

Responsibilities

Become IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certified and retain those certifications.
Meet production requirements, including reading and understanding Fusion/Factory Logix documentation, passing Component Identification quiz, depanel per work instructions, and learning to tape off small components for conformal coat process.
Perform prepping and stuffing.
Assist the Shipping Coordinator as needed.
Ensure all products are tagged, bagged, packaged, and labeled properly according to customer and/or shipper's specifications.
Ship per work instructions and customer requirements.
Perform all computer transactions accurately and quickly.
Navigate several software applications.
