Requirements

  • Assembly, integration and maintenance of Ground-based Expeditionary Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems
  • Experience with Single-Channel radios, Vehicle Intercom Systems (VIS), Degraded Visual Environment (DVE) systems, Increment One Block One (I1B1), and the Blue Force Tracker (BFT) Family of Systems (FoS)
  • Ability to conduct on-site integration and operational checks of C4I equipment
  • Ability to establish and maintain a network of professional contacts
  • Ability to self-regulate activities and ensure compliance with professional standards and ethical guidelines
  • Ability to engage in continuous communication with key contacts
  • Ability to efficiently carry out assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to develop and adhere to a personal schedule that aligns with Team objectives and deadlines
  • Ability to participate in scheduled and unscheduled service calls
  • Ability to develop and deliver briefings to various stakeholders
  • Ability to regularly participate in briefings
  • Ability to accurately track and report all expenses in a timely manner
  • Ability to operate independently while adhering to guidelines and best practices
  • Ability to compile and present weekly status reports

Responsibilities

  • Performing activities involving the assembly, integration and maintenance of an variety of Ground-based Expeditionary Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems
  • Specific areas of work include Single-Channel radios, Vehicle Intercom Systems (VIS), Degraded Visual Environment (DVE) systems, Increment One Block One (I1B1), and the Blue Force Tracker (BFT) Family of Systems (FoS)
  • Conduct on-site integration and operational checks of C4I equipment to ensure optimal serviceability
  • Establish and maintain a network of professional contacts, self-regulate their activities and ensure compliance with professional standards and ethical guidelines
  • Engage in continuous communication with key contacts within FST area of responsibly and scope of work to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly
  • Efficiently carry out assigned tasks and responsibilities, while developing and adhering to a personal schedule that aligns with the Team's objectives and deadlines
  • Participate in scheduled and unscheduled service calls, providing necessary support and expertise
  • Develop and deliver briefings to various stakeholders, clearly conveying important information and updates
  • Regularly participate in briefings to stay informed about developments and provide input as necessary
  • Accurately track and report all expenses in a timely manner for all travel events
  • Operate independently while adhering to the guidelines and best practices set forth by the SAIC Team Supervisor
  • Compile and present weekly status reports detailing the progress and status of the FST’s designated respective units
