About The Position

Coos Health & Wellness is seeking an EHR Technician II to assist with developing, maintaining, and improving its Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. The position works closely with behavioral health clinical staff, management, and technical support personnel to improve system functionality, develop reports and electronic forms, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate and consistent data. The role also develops training materials and provides EHR training and support to employees. Experience with SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services is preferred. Coos Health & Wellness is located in Coos Bay, Oregon.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting EHR software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and technical staff.
