Requirements

1–2 years’ maintenance experience in production; optical equipment exposure is a plus.
Foundational mechanical and electrical capability.
Experience with schematics.
Basic math and computer proficiency.
Clear communication, strong organization, and sharp attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

HVAC and/or welding preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

Perform equipment installations, PMs, and corrective repairs for in-line optical processing assets.
Pinpoint root causes, replace components, and verify performance to spec using standard test equipment and documentation.
Create and update standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Inspect, calibrate, and repair both production and support systems.
Provide direction and training to individuals or small groups as needed.
All tasks are completed to established standards and in compliance with company policies, with dependable attendance, overtime availability, and schedule flexibility.
