Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ maintenance experience in production; optical equipment exposure is a plus.
  • Foundational mechanical and electrical capability.
  • Experience with schematics.
  • Basic math and computer proficiency.
  • Clear communication, strong organization, and sharp attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC and/or welding preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

  • Perform equipment installations, PMs, and corrective repairs for in-line optical processing assets.
  • Pinpoint root causes, replace components, and verify performance to spec using standard test equipment and documentation.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Inspect, calibrate, and repair both production and support systems.
  • Provide direction and training to individuals or small groups as needed.
  • All tasks are completed to established standards and in compliance with company policies, with dependable attendance, overtime availability, and schedule flexibility.
