Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Deep experience in electromechanical assembly.
  • Extensive wiring background with proven troubleshooting ability.
  • Comfort reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Clear, effective communication in English (read, write, speak).
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to process information and execute accurately.
  • Proficient and safe with power tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Review drawings and work orders.
  • Assemble electromechanical components to exacting tolerances.
  • Interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions to plan each build.
  • Assemble, align, and fasten parts using appropriate hand and power tools.
  • Measure and verify tolerances with precision instruments (e.g., calipers).
  • Drill, tap, and prepare bolt holes as specified.
  • Fit and align components with templates, fixtures, and jigs.
  • Inspect surfaces and dimensions, adjusting and reworking as needed.
  • Install and test wiring; record test results and maintain clear documentation.
  • Keep tools organized, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
