Role snapshot: As an Electromechanical Assembly Technician, you’ll operate production equipment and assemble components to precise drawings, specs, and work instructions. You’ll verify tolerances, fine-tune assemblies, and confirm every unit meets exacting quality and customer requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Hands-on electromechanical assembly experience, including extensive wiring.
- Fluency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Effective English communication (read, write, speak).
- A team-first mindset and the ability to learn quickly and execute accurately.
- Comfort operating power tools and equipment safely; commitment to safety practices.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without needing current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and assemble components to precise drawings, specs, and work instructions.
- Verify tolerances, fine-tune assemblies, and confirm every unit meets exacting quality and customer requirements.
- Review work orders, blueprints, schematics, and BOMs to plan materials and steps.
- Assemble and align parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools; fasten, position, and verify fit.
- Perform precision operations—drilling, tapping, reaming, countersinking, and spot-facing—using presses and portable drills.
- Wire, route, and terminate connections following electrical diagrams; test circuits for resistance and operation; record results.
- Measure components with calipers and other precision tools to confirm dimensions and clearances.
- Inspect surfaces for defects; clean parts with approved solutions, air, and cloths to maintain quality.
- Organize tools and restore your work area to a safe, orderly condition.
