About The Position

Analog Devices is hiring Electro-Mechanical Assembly Operators for its Chelmsford, Massachusetts team, which builds high-performance microwave modules and subsystems for mission-critical defense and aerospace applications. The role involves precise, careful work with small parts in a high-tech manufacturing environment. The position is on the 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and includes required travel of up to 10% of the time. The stated wage range is $25 to $31 per hour, with a 15% wage differential for the 3rd shift; actual pay may vary based on work location, experience, education, training, market data, pay equity, and other bona fide factors. The role is eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong attendance record.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Willingness to obtain a government security clearance.
• Steady hands, good eye-hand coordination, and attention to detail.
