About The Position

Flex-N-Gate is seeking an Assembly Operator for the 3rd shift. The work schedule is 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., working a straight eight-hour shift with a paid lunch. Starting pay is $20.55 per hour, with scheduled pay increases after three and six months of employment. The role also offers a $0.50 per-hour third-shift differential and eligibility for a monthly attendance bonus beginning with the first full month of employment.

The Assembly Operator loads components into machines or onto conveyor systems, completes production and inspection reports, performs hourly part inspections, packs finished products into totes or bins, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area. The work takes place in a factory environment and involves standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills, including working with percentages and fractions.
• Ability to use and understand quality gauges and quality fixtures.
• Ability to work in a factory environment involving standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably one year of previous manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.
