About The Position

Graver Technologies, a U.S.-based company serving industrial filtration, separation, and purification needs, is seeking Manufacturing Operators to support production of its filtration products at its plant in Glasgow, Delaware. The role is responsible for efficiently operating designated production equipment as assigned. The 3rd shift runs Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand specifications.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Possess or have the ability to obtain a forklift license.
• Ability to use various measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Computer literacy and ability to use a PLC interface.
• Manufacturing equipment troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Ability to work overtime periodically on all shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Understand and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform and document production logs and products.
• Document and report raw material consumption for all finished good product.
• Complete required documentation related to products produced, including Bills of Materials and lot traceability.
• Communicate quality issues to appropriate personnel.
• Provide data needed to properly disposition nonconforming material.
• Assign lot numbers for material traceability.
• Ensure operations conform to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
