The Electrical Instructor brings real-world electrical experience into classroom and hands-on lab instruction, helping students build the skills needed to enter and succeed in the electrical industry. The employer provides paid instructor training, a structured curriculum, and support from an experienced education team; previous teaching experience and lesson-plan development are not required. The role offers a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule without weekends, on-call rotations, or emergency service calls, and involves less physical wear and tear than traditional fieldwork. The position is full-time and pays $65,000–$75,000 annually. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available after 90 days. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, training, and professional development.
