We are hiring an Electrical Helper to join our team supporting the installation and assembly of generator electrical systems. This is a great opportunity for candidates with entry-level electrical experience looking to grow in manufacturing, industrial, or power generation environments. This role involves installing conduit, wiring, control panels, and electrical components, following blueprints and schematics, and assisting with troubleshooting and repairs. Candidates with experience in electrical assembly, wiring, industrial maintenance, or construction electrical work are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of electrical or related experience
  • Ability to read and interpret diagrams, instructions, and blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving and basic math skills
  • Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs)
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, industrial maintenance, or construction electrical work

Responsibilities

  • Install electrical conduit, wiring, switches, control panels, and related components
  • Follow electrical drawings and work instructions to complete projects accurately
  • Assist electricians with troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements
  • Assemble enclosures, tanks, and mechanical/electrical components using hand and power tools
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and aerial lifts as needed
  • Use electrical testing and measuring devices to ensure quality and functionality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Complete assignments efficiently and in accordance with safety regulations
