About The Position

The Electrical Foreman is responsible for using assigned resources to execute the project/job plan, acting as the "Boots on the ground" leader. This role involves accountability for crew leadership, management, safety, job safety analyses (JSAs)/toolbox talks, and crew efficiency. The primary duties include leading, managing, and holding crew staff accountable, ensuring jobsite safety requirements are followed with safety as the top priority, maintaining a clean, orderly, and organized jobsite following 5S principles, efficiently and safely executing the project scope/spec by managing the crew, and ensuring workmanship and quality meet or exceed company and customer standards. Winning in this role means getting work done efficiently, keeping the crew and oneself on task, completing work to spec and with quality workmanship, upholding 5S standards, maintaining organization, and achieving zero injuries.

Responsibilities
