About The Position

Foreman and Service Technician are Reyco's two senior field tracks. Foremen run project crews. Service Techs run service calls. Both own the job site, the customer relationship, and the outcome.

Requirements

• Maryland or DC journeyman electrician license, or equivalent reciprocity
• 6+ years of commercial electrical experience, including independent project or service work
• Strong working knowledge of NEC
• Ability to lead a crew (Foreman) or work independently with customers (Service Tech)
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Full hand tool complement

Nice To Haves

• Prior Foreman, lead, or service experience at a commercial electrical contractor
• Federal or government project experience
• OSHA 30
• Master electrician license

Responsibilities

• Run the daily work on assigned electrical construction projects
• Lead a crew of Mechanics, Apprentices, and Helpers
• Lay out work, sequence the install, and hit productivity targets
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on manpower, materials, and schedule
• Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance on the job site
• Identify and document change order conditions in real time
• Train and develop Apprentices and Helpers on your crew
• Respond to commercial service calls across the DC metro
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in occupied buildings
• Communicate directly with customers on findings, options, and recommendations
• Execute small jobs from initial visit through completion
• Document work, material, and time in BuildOps for billing
• Maintain a clean, stocked, well-organized service vehicle
