About The Position

Graduate Rotational Opportunities at Westlake (GROW) is a leadership development program for newly graduated engineering students within the Performance and Essential Materials business segment at Westlake Corporation. The GROW program is a 3 – 5 year rotational program that offers the chance to explore various aspects of the Westlake business. You will gain invaluable on-the-job experience, receive leadership and technical training, and work on exciting projects. During your time in the program, you can expect to rotate through different roles, such as: Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, Continuous Improvement, Process Controls, Business Management, Supply Chain & Logistics.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for a total of 3 - 5 years
• Ability and willingness to obtain a Transportation Worker’s Identification Card (TWIC )
• Strong team building, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
